Formally I was working at Windermere Welcome Home as a Realtor and Consultant in Pleasanton, the broker changed the franchise branding to Prudential so poof I am was with Prudential California Realty, and then we hit the replay button on life and changed to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Drysdale Properties. It is the same broker and position, with some new updated training and a bunch of new toys (tools) to help my clients better.
I am located in our Pleasanton branch advising clients about Real Estate in Pleasanton, Dublin and Livermore valley primarily. However I assist clients all over the San Francisco East Bay Area (including areas like San Ramon, Alamo, Pittsburg, Walnut Creek, Castro Valley, Walnut Creek, Concord, Union City and Fremont). Recently, I have been assisting investors acquiring property in Oakland, Hayward, Modesto, Manteca and Mountain House.
As the market has shifted from Bank Owned properties (REO) and Short Sales to normal private sellers. I have adapted my skill to obtain the knowledge too remain useful to my clients. Additionally I am still working with home owners to prevent foreclosure when needed.
Although I am a REALTOR ® I think of myself as a Real Estate Consultant. I am here to facilitate an event that involved large amounts of money, some risk, and at times stress. When all is said and done I have done my job if my clients are happy and moving into their new home or on with their new direction in life. I am also here to advise and help my client map out a real estate investment plan or to be a resource for their questions about real estate here in the Tri-Valley, San Francisco Bay Area, or even about California's general market.
